Let’s delve deeper into the roles of Teams Telephony Administrator and Teams Administrator, comparing their features (Teams Telephony Administrator will be on the left side of each image, Teams Administrator on the right side).
In the Users tab Guest access and External access are not available (like in the image below).
Inside the Voice tab, Shared calling policies are not available, which is a bit of a mismatch with the Teams Telephony Administrator in my opinion.
Finally, Analytics & reports are limited to Usage reports for the new role.
