During the past days, a customer asked me about a scenario that I assumed was not supported: transferring an incoming PSTN call from a user with a Phone System license to another Teams user that had no Enterprise Voice or Phone System License.
I was surprised to discover that this scenario actually works, so I decided to expand the testing to scenarios including also Call Queues or Auto Attendants. The results of my testing are the ones below
