Events 30988 &#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Sending HTTPS request failed. Server functionality will be affected if messages are failing consistently<\/span>&#8221; and 32178 &#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Failed to sync data for Routing group from backup store<\/span>&#8220;. I had a couple of malformed\u00a0C.A. certificates in my\u00a0Trusted Root Certification Authorities\u00a0store. \u00a0Verify with the following cmdlet and remove the certificates from the store \u00a0\u00a0<em>Get-Childitem cert:\\LocalMachine\\root -Recurse | Where-Object {$_.Issuer -ne $_.Subject} | Format-List *<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Solution found\u00a0Microsoft&#8217;s support site<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/2795828\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">http:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/kb\/2795828<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Palatino;\">Error shown in Internet Explorer when I try to open Lync Monitoring Reports: \u00a0&#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">An error has occurred during report processing.
